Can the new iphones — the XS, XS Max and XR — make your life easier? The answer is “probably!”
If you’re tech savvy and were planning on upgrading anyways, here are some reasons why the new iPhone could improve your life.
If you don’t live under a rock, you probably know that Apple recently released a couple of upgrades — the new iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR. The new upgraded phones include bigger screens, a better camera and more storage than you will ever use. The iPhone XS and XS Max also come with a nifty new feature called the Dual SIM.
Per iMore, with Dual SIM, you’re able to have “two different phone numbers on up to two different networks on a single smartphone. While you may think that someone who uses this might have something to hide, many people have two lines for personal and work use… Another use case for Dual SIM is the ability to keep your regular number while traveling out of the country, and you can grab a cheap prepaid SIM from a local carrier for calls and data.” Sounds super duper useful.
Good for cam models?
These new upgrades are great for anyone who spends a lot of time on their phone but can especially be beneficial for cam models.
For many cam models on a budget, iPhones are the best way to record video, take photos and store content. It’s understandable not everyone is willing to spend thousands of dollars on a camera, especially when you’re still new to the cam life. Who needs a fancy camera when you have a perfectly good one in the palm of your hands?
Better Videos, Better Nudes
Now, it is a known fact that the front facing camera is never as good as the back-facing camera. This can be an inconvenience when you want great quality videos or photos, but you don’t know how you look and if you’re even in the frame.
Well, my friends, the new iPhone has a solution for that. The upgrade comes with an improved cinematic video stabilization for the front facing camera. You can now use the front facing camera without compromising quality. This means higher quality videos — and better nudes. Who is going to say “no” to that? Not your members and customers, I’ll tell you that.
So much room for activity!
The new phones can now hold 512 GB — that’s twice the storage of the last model. If you’re like me, you don’t delete photos often. And who has the time to move photos and videos to a laptop or external drive? Literally no one.
The new iPhones can hold so much, you never have to worry. You can create an endless amount of content without getting that annoying “not enough storage” notification every ten minutes.
A New Way to Sell Your Number
As I mentioned, Apple has come out with new Dual SIM technology for the XS and XS Max. What does that mean, exactly? Because this means you can have two different phone numbers, two carriers and separate data all in one phone, this could be a game changer for cam models.
With the new iPhone feature, models can maintain separate work and personal correspondence and communication in the convenience of one phone. Models can set their personal phone plan as their “Primary” plan and label their work plan as the “Secondary.” This secondary plan could be a prepaid plan- much like a burner phone without another phone. You can receive calls from either number at any time, and your phone will let you know if it’s a personal call or a client. Selling your phone number has just gotten so much easier and safer.
Pricing: The iPhone XS starts at $999, and the XS Max starts at $1099. The iPhone XR starts at $749.
