With the holiday season fast approaching, wish lists will be a’updating. Fans who’d like to treat their favorite model to a gift or a thank you for their content will really appreciate this.
Recently, my Twitter timeline has been graced by the appearance of Lottie the Knicker Fairy. Lottie runs a fabulous service via Twitter enabling fans to #TreatYourFaveTweeter.
Lottie’s service works via the Ann Summers Party Planner Catalogue. She offers an additional personal touch to basic online shopping though, which makes all the difference.
“Initially it started as a joke after Ann Summers gave the go ahead to sell via social media,” Lottie explained.
“Someone approached me wanting to buy a bikini for someone who was already a customer in my system. The recipient was made aware she was receiving a gift, and no other information had to be exchanged with the buyer. All they did was send payment, and I did the rest.”
“From there, people started buying from me for their favorite girls. I came up with the hashtag #TreatYourFaveTweeter to promote the service, and girls started registering.”

Clients wishing to treat their favorite cam girl approach Lottie via direct message, and she can tell them if the model is registered on her service. If not, Lottie approaches the cammer to explain a fan wishes to purchase them a gift and offering them registration.
But in a world that needs to be hyper-concerned with privacy, how does Lottie controls models’ information once they register?
“The purchaser doesn’t need any information to treat a girl, and they aren’t given any information either,” she explained. “I have had some customers where they already had the recipient’s details, but I normally go to the girl directly myself. All her information is saved on my Ann Summers portal, and it goes no further than that. I don’t need to tell the buyer anything other than if the item they’ve selected as a gift isn’t available in the recipient’s size.”
This process allows Lottie to manage the sale without the buyer having access to the model’s details.
But does Lottie “consult,” meaning, do customers always have a predetermined outfit in mind when they approach her, or does she advise their choice?
“So far it’s been 50/50. Girls share my tweets saying which items they like. I try and put size range availability on these tweets, so they aren’t sharing items they know aren’t in their size. Sometimes the buyer has noticed they have commented saying they like the item so wants to surprise them with it,” Lottie shared.
“I try to determine what styles girls prefer and anything they outright dislike and will steer the buyer away from that. If the girls don’t like it, they won’t feel sexy in it and won’t want to wear it. What’s the point in wasting someone’s money on something the recipient won’t like? If I know a couple of items a girl likes, I’ll try to bundle stuff together with the best price.”

I can’t help but be impressed with Lottie’s personal approach to lingerie sales. For many cammers, this would be a terrific way to receive presents from viewers safe in the knowledge their information is secure, and their likes and dislikes are being noted.
And the process continues to unfold — what happens once the buyer selects an item?
“Once we have decided on an item, I have my own ordering website within Ann Summers. I place the order manually myself. This is how I make sure the girl’s info is safe,” she explained.
“If the buyer is happy to disclose the purchase, then I can tell the girl via DM. If they wish to remain anonymous then that’s fine too! The recipient does receive an email telling them they have an item heading to them which takes a little of the mystery away. The email is a dispatch one, so only goes to them and not the buyer. It also allows the girl to keep an eye out for the parcel.”
We live in a global world, so does the #TreatYourFaveTweeter service customers internationally?
“I mainly work with girls in the U.K., but I have done overseas transactions as well,” she explained.
“In this instance, instead of the item coming directly from Ann Summers warehouse, I order it to me and then send it on myself. I’ve sent to Canada, USA, Australia, Spain, Portugal and France so far! I’m hoping the Ann Summers Party Planner side will go international soon, so I can send direct. I can then also see about recruiting Knicker Fairies in other countries!”
Lottie has a real passion for customer service, and this comes across when you talk to her. She really loves being the go-between for this lovely system enabling fans to send a little love to the cam models they admire.
