Boobs.
Small ones, big ones, fake ones, big nipples or pierced — Boobs are everywhere. No matter how in our face or behind a bra they are, we still can’t stop talking about them.
But how important is breast size, really? The question a lot of models are asking themselves when they’re thinking about getting a job in the cam industry is — Do larger boobs help with earnings?
I asked the #girlsfromstudio20 to share their honest opinion about the issue, and they were more than happy to share their two cents.
Votes for “No!”
For some, their physical frame – and how larger breasts may look on said frame — was a factor.
“I think big breasts wouldn’t look good on me, ever,” Madelene Ray shared. “I have a small frame and more than that, I come from a family that doesn’t have big boobs, so I’m just thinking… if I feel comfortable and beautiful with the way that I look, why should I change it?”
“I don’t know if I’ll change my opinion, but I can tell you for sure that I’ll change my breast size if I consider it important for me or if I don’t feel comfortable in my body anymore, but never if a member asks me to do it or just for the earning potential that a breast augmentation can bring,” she continued.
Ray also mentioned something obvious that doesn’t seem to get raised very often — “Surgeries scare me to death!” Though they are performed often, any type of surgery has risks, including breast augmentation.
So, there’s a vote for no. Or, more like a vote for “Don’t change anything about your body because of peer pressure.”
Votes for “Yes!”
Saemi Royal shared, “I’ve had these babies for two years now and I couldn’t be happier!”
“I love the way they look, the way they feel, and the way I look in a form fitting dress — the curves! I feel like my earnings have increased, but also my niche has changed a bit since I’ve had the operation,” she said.
Explaining her rationale behind getting implants, Royal shared: “I’ve done it for the job. I saw a lot of girls that had them and reached gold, so I thought it was a good idea for me to have the surgery. Then I started thinking ‘If I can do it now, why shouldn’t I? If I can actually change nature and have the power to do so, why shouldn’t I?’ Then I had a nose job, lips injections, everything I needed to look better, and I’ve never felt more empowered. I made myself the best version that I wanted.”
Is it the size, or is it just the boobs themselves?
So, are big boobs important? Or is it just boobs, no matter the size? Royal had more to share here.
“Boobs matter, but it’s not the size of them that matters,” she explained. “I’ve been a cam model for seven years — six and a half years having an A cup, and then got a boob job and switched to a C cup. I don’t see a lot of direct change in my earnings, but I see a lot of change in the way I feel, which impacts my earnings I think.”

So, should models have surgery just to get higher earnings? Definitely not, but “If you want to do it, do it for yourself — happiness and sensuality comes from the inside,” Rebecca000 said.
And there are actually many other breast procedures to consider.
“I’m actually thinking of going under the knife,” Sophy Davis shared. “I love my breasts, but my back is killing me.”
“When I was young, I wasn’t paying that much attention to the importance of a good bra that can hold them and protect my back, so I ended up with having back pains – and staying healthy is really important to me,” she continued.
“I really hope that it wouldn’t affect my career, but I’m sure it won’t. I know my members and I think that I’ve created a good enough connection that that is not relevant.”
Though the choices people make regarding breast implants (or reductions) is varied, something is consistent throughout opinions: Do what makes you feel great for yourself.
What’s most important is your health and wellness. No matter the size of your breasts, if they’re natural or implants, the most important thing is to take care of them. This includes regular checkups, a good diet, a properly fitted bra, and always a positive attitude.
