She took a few moments out to share some of her insights with YNOT Cam.

YNOT Cam: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Goddess Haven: I’m originally from New York, but I moved to Florida at the age of twelve. I got into sex work in 2012.
Before working in this industry, I was focused on my career in the entertainment industry. I wanted to be a model/actor and I’ve actually been in a few commercials, music videos and even a feature film.

Your bio says “Financial Domination is more to me than ‘role play.’ It’s all I’ve known since a young age…” Can you explain?
Findom is life, literally. I incorporate findom into my life every day — time is money!
I’ve known since a young age I was deserving of a high end, finer life. I knew I wanted to work smarter, not harder. I wasn’t sure how, but I knew having a bunch of men below me would be the way to get there.
What are some highlights and best things about working as a performer online?
Freedom is a major highlight — financial freedom and freedom in general. Also, the amount of time I have in a day to do whatever I please and the amount of money I have to do it with.

Your bio also says you’re a real estate investor and co-own several businesses. What is it like to balance mainstream entrepreneurial work with adult industry entrepreneurial work?
Wow, my bio is so outdated, but honestly I see no difference. “Work smarter not harder” is a quote I’ve incorporated into every aspect of my life. My mainstream entrepreneurial work doesn’t require any more work than my adult industry work. I just lay back, throw a few orders around and collect my checks.
I love passive income, who doesn’t? I’m just glad the adult industry has enabled me to fund businesses in my vanilla life as well. I love making money work for me!
For women of color, to put it very lightly, social inequalities play out in unique ways in sex work. Do you have any words of wisdom for women of color new to findom?
Not only do I see [women of color] in the industry being treated as “less than” everyday, but I experience it as well. I’d just have to say if this is what you love doing then push through it.
Make every day count, and use every day as a new opportunity to further your brand. If you believe you’re a luxury, you’ll draw in the clients who see you as you see yourself. Don’t settle.

Outside of work, what are you most interested in and passionate about?
My family and spending as much time as I can with them. I also love traveling. If I’m not working or catering to family, I’m trying to figure out what flight I’d like to hop on.
If you could change one thing about today’s world, what would it be and why?
People seem to lack a lot of compassion. I wish more people could experience love, nurturing and positive energy. It’s an important formula that not many were blessed to experience. I’m so tired of all the violence I hear about in today’s world.
