Casie Smith is sultry, yet playful. An uncommon thoughtfulness infuses her words. At 23, she’s been camming for “a couple of years,” but she seems like an old pro. The training was rigorous, but fun, and Smith said she enjoys working with the company.

The most important thing I’ve learned over time is to have patience and always be creative.
What’s your favorite music? Why?
Favorite artist that keeps me going is Rihanna, because when I listen to her songs I feel powerful and it gives me energy. Her songs have good vibes.
Social media: Useful for work or just a distraction?
In my opinion, social media is useful for work because I can be more popular and I have the chance to talk more to my members and show them how I am in my daily life.
How would you describe yourself in a few words?
Charming, playful, naughty, hardworking, generous.
What’s your idea of a perfect adventure?
That would be in an exotic place, somewhere remote, with the right partner.
What do you love about your job?
I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to fulfill my dreams and my needs. Also, I get to meet a lot of people from all around the world, and it makes me feel more confident with myself. Besides, Studio 20 has a great work environment and staff.
If you were a plant, what type would you be? Why?
If I were an insect I would like to be a drangonfly, because it’s a symbol of transformation and change in perspective, energy, potential, maturity, character, power. The dragonfly expresses elegance and grace.
Reveal one thing people don’t know about you.
I’m in a good mood and I will tell you two things: The first one, I would like to try parachuting, and the second one is that I have a diploma as a nail technician.

I think every girl or woman has a secret crush and yes, I do have one.
