Must Listen Adult Industry Podcasts – Part 1 of 2

Being in the know in any industry is a must to be relevant and stay ahead of the curve.

Camming is no different and keeping up on who’s hot, who’s not, what’s going on in politics, products that are up and coming, and more can give you an edge in your career.

But how do you stay in touch with what’s going on when you have such little time?

Obviously, it’s a no brainer to consistently read YNOT.com and YNOT Cam – we cover a ton of current news that is easily digestible and have our finger on the pulse of what’s going on in the industry – but another valuable way to keep up to date is to listen to adult industry podcasts. And yes we have our own YNOT podcasts as well that you’ll want to check out! But I’ll tell you more about that soon.

Why are podcasts so great?

A good podcast is not only educational it’s also entertaining – so you can learn without even knowing!

Podcasts are also terrific because you can multi-task – listen in your car, listen while you’re getting ready in the morning, listen while you’re cooking dinner – it’s often easier to fit that into your day than tons of reading.

Another benefit to podcasts is you may be able to rustle up some promotion for yourself.

Connect with the hosts of the shows at events or online and pitch yourself to be a guest for the ones that you’re a fit. You never know who will be interested and dying to interview you.

So, in honor of some of the best podcasts out there and to give you some focus on where to begin listening (as there’s a ton out there!), I’ve curated an alphabetical list you’ll want to check out. As a disclaimer this list could never be complete – in fact I’ve had to separate it into two parts because there’s so many wonderful shows out there (stay tuned next week to read the second half).

Adult Film Star Network – Podcasts produced by content creator Rebecca Love and industry consultant Jocyln Stone, the shows cover the adult industry and fetish community.

Adult Site Broker Talk – Hosted by Bruce, the CEO of Adult Site Broker – a company that helps people buy and sell adult websites – this podcast covers all aspects of the industry and features top peeps in adult – both models and businesses.

Chrissie Mayr Podcast – Chrissie is a comedian who talks with adult film stars, TV personalities, comedians and more. She’s appeared on numerous shows like NBC’s America’s Got Talent, FOX’s Laughs, FOX’s Punchline, The Chris Gethard Show, and The Wendy Williams Show.

Danglin’ After Dark – Dick Dangle is a legend in the industry having interviewed some of the top names in the biz. His podcast has been running for eight years with over 400 episodes! In Dick’s words, his podcast is: “as much about comedy as it is sexuality, because making people comfortable with these topics is half of the battle. But mostly it’s a forum for like-minded people to come together and talk dirty.”

Embrace your Sexuality – Hosted by international best-selling author, performer, producer, swing club owner, and editor to name a few hats, Coralyn Jewel chats with adult directors, swingers, scientists, kink psychologists and more.

The Granny Panty Podcast – Dedicated to the mature performers out there – GILF content creator RubyLynn hosts this podcast chatting with numerous guests who share their expertise in adult in everything from technology to fashion and health.
