If you’ve thought about incorporating sensual massage into your camming show with another creator or even just doing it on yourself, there’s some great tips and products out there that will give not only your fans pleasure, but you.
First up, you’ll want to set the scene with tea lights, candles, whatever mood lighting you’d like, and hey even some incense or aromatherapy. Granted your viewers aren’t going smell whatever you’ve got going on in your camming room, but you will and the whole idea of any performance is to make it as real as possible for yourself because that will translate into believability and your viewers being invested.
Second, if you were actually giving a sensual massage in the real world, you’d want to spend at least 20 minutes keeping it PC (foreplay) before heading to the erogenous zones as discussed by Men’s Health. Obviously, when you’re performing, your viewers are going to zone out if you take that much time (unless you can keep them intrigued with whatever sexy stuff you’re saying), so you’ll obviously want to accelerate the experience. But if you’re concerned that you can’t make it authentic by cutting to the chase, you’ll want to give yourself some time to warm up before you start streaming.
Third, products – you’ll want to use something that’s nourishes your skin, isn’t oily or greasy, glides easily, and smells great or has no smell if you’re sensitive to scents. One company I suggest trying is Wicked Sensual Care who not only makes great lube, as discussed in this article where I talked with their resident sexpert Jessica Drake, but just launched their own sensual massage cream line in three different scents: Sage+Sea Salt, Orange Blossom+Patchouli, and Stripped+Bare (fragrance free). They retail for $23.88 a piece as of this writing and I can attest after trying them that they smell great without being overwhelming. They’re also just the right consistency never feeling sticky or heavy. As an added bonus, they really soften your skin so you can use them as an everyday moisturizer as well.
Another idea if you’re not into lotion, is to use oils. Spy.com has a nice rundown on different types and how they work on the body for massage: Almond, Coconut, Apricot Kernel (my favorite), Jojoba, Avocado, Grapeseed, even Olive oil (smells weird but hey when you’re in a pinch, it works!) are listed. All of them have different properties and may be a fit or not depending on what your preferences are.
Fourth, techniques. You probably have a handle on this if you’re considering adding sensual massage to your show, but there’s a few cool ideas out there that people often don’t think about. One tip as reported on by The Dating Divas.com is to let your partner “choose where they want to be touched” and a second is to be creative – “use something other than your hands… lips, tongue, teeth… Get your whole body involved.”
