Elaina St. James is currently 54 years of age. She’s also a mom, an age and body positive model, a cancer survivor, a pet lover, a world traveler and a top online content creator living her best life!
We can all learn a thing or two from St. James, that’s for sure.
St. James recently re-launched her YouTube channel and promptly released a treatise on body positivity and aging — “Body Positivity at Any Age.” It’s a very interesting discussion about the intersection of these two topics that, if we’re lucky, eventually become relevant to us all.
Here is some press material about the release and St. James herself. You can view the video below and/or at her YouTube channel.

Elaina St. James Breaks Down ‘Body Positivity at Any Age’ in New YouTube Video
Chicago, IL – Elaina St. James is not only one of OnlyFans’ most popular content creators, but the age and body positive model and influencer is also well-known for her informative and entertaining YouTube videos, which she re-launched this past week.
St. James tells viewers that, at the age of 54, she is proud to be promoting body diversity – and you should too! – in “Body Positivity at Any Age.”
“I have been overwhelmed by the support and the positive feedback I’ve gotten doing this… I have a natural body and I embrace my body and my age,” she said.
“It’s all about embracing what you have… I love my body for what it has done — it’s survived cancer, it’s gotten me to 54 years old. That’s the key!” St. James I said. “This is a vehicle to get you the experiences you want in life. Part of what my body did was made me a mom — that’s amazing! I’m grateful for that experience, so let’s not get too wrapped up in how it looks.”
She added that, “Whatever you’ve got going on that you don’t think so highly of, this experience of being a mature model. I have found other parts of my body that I didn’t think were positives are really positive! Your body is for doing stuff, experiencing stuff – this is our journey. You can be hot without being perfect! The things that aren’t perfect are what make you look interesting.”
“Right now, people are embracing authenticity,” she concluded. “If it makes you happy to make changes, make changes. But right now, realize that you can love yourself just the way you are! It’s really more about attitude — and it might be that next week cellulite is in… and big bellies!”
