Now that you know why some creators have chosen to make anonymous content and a little bit about their journey, you still might have some unanswered questions. We asked Xiomara Fox, Super-sized Love Goddess and Skye B some frequently asked questions — and they generously shared their answers!
YNOT Cam: Do you feel pressure to reveal your face?
Fox: “No, I don’t feel pressure to show my face AT ALL. In my line of work [creating fetish content] nobody seems to care about faces.”
Love Goddess: “Yes and no. Let’s face it… there’s always going to be someone [who] wants to see your face and doesn’t get that you are hiding your face for a reason. I’ve honestly decided at some point I’m going to create a tip menu that puts the option for pics or vids showing my face at $1000. Maybe then they [will] get the point. I doubt it though.”
Skye B: “I definitely feel pressured to reveal my face. My fans often ask [if] they can see my face and/or when I will be revealing my face on my feed. It gets even more pressurizing when they claim that they need to associate a body to a face in order to enjoy the content fully, and I do worry about losing fans that way.”

YNOT Cam: What do you do when your fans insist on you showing your face?
Fox: “When my fans ask to see my face I just tell them I won’t do it and that’s it.”
Love Goddess: “I ignore them or tell them to fuck off….nicely.”
Skye B: “Most of the time, I explain my reasoning behind not showing my face, and for the most part they do understand.”
YNOT Cam: What do you like about making anonymous content?
Fox: “I like everything about doing anonymous content because I have the power and control all the time.”
Love Goddess: “If I didn’t wear a mask, I think, I’d be worried about people recognizing me all the time and thus stalking me or not leaving me alone. I’ve never wanted to be in the public eye really. It’s a lot of pressure. So for me anonymity can be a safety net. Like in that one Mission Impossible movie where Tom Cruise is in the back of a car with some woman baddie getting information. She says anonymity is like a warm blanket you can wrap yourself up in and be cosy. Not an exact quote, I think.”
Skye B: “I think the exciting part about making anonymous content is that I can fully immerse myself into this experience without worry of judgement from people I do know! I find OF very liberating as it has enabled me to fully explore my sexuality without qualms, as I am just an anonymous creator online.”

YNOT Cam: What do you dislike about making anonymous content?
Fox: “I don’t dislike anything about it. I’ve never wanted to show my face.”
Love Goddess: “The wigs and the masks. They can be uncomfortable. Plus the money you spend finding ones that are comfortable, the right wig caps for long hair, etc. You wind up spending as much on masks as you do on lingerie for your lewd product.”
Skye B: “I sometimes do wish I could not be anonymous, though, just because I want to be as genuine as I can with my subscribers. I try to put out so much of myself to make myself more relatable, real and engaging, but there are always parts of me and my life that I have to keep to myself in order to stay anonymous… The internet has become so advanced that the smallest slip up (in terms of revealing certain information, revealing something personal in a photo/video..) could give away your identity!”
YNOT Cam: Do you ever feel like you have to try harder and make it up to your fans in some way for not showing your face?
Fox: “Not really, I’ve never felt showing my face was such a big deal.”
Love Goddess: “I wouldn’t say that… but I would say I don’t make as much money.”
Skye B: “Yes, I definitely do feel that way. I feel [like] I have to put out more [content] or find a way to engage them so they stay rebilled! But some fans came with the knowledge I wouldn’t be showing [my] face and those fans are pretty cool about things.”
YNOT Cam: What tips would you give to a creator who wants to make anonymous content?
Fox: “My tips would be: be creative, find your niche, show your personality, be yourself and never show your face unless you really want to.”
Love Goddess: “For wigs – get some Got To Be Glued Blasting Freeze Spray. Put on your wig cap, spray your head, then put on the wig. It keeps your wig on for a long time without compromising your hair like wig glue does. Also, masks that are plastic are the most comfortable. Metal masks are the easiest to make look good. Forget the lacy masks, they never stay in place.”
Skye B: “I think, some tips I would give a creator who wants to make anonymous content would be to let your personality shine through even without a face – that could be wearing a mask, showing your smile, and just posting content with captions that seem fun! Let your audience have a glimpse of who you are! Yes, they are there for the more explicit content, but they would enjoy it so much more if they could see why you are unique and different from the other creators!”
