JustCalliope has been on cam for less than a month, but she’s definitely not new to the world of erotic art and entertainment.
“I’ve been loosely involved in sexy-ish work since I was eighteen when I first started drawing furry porn and writing erotica, which I’ve kinda been doing off and on until now at twenty-two, so I guess that makes four years in Sexy Town, USA,” she shared.
At the time of our interview, she said, “I didn’t start camming until two weeks ago though, so yes — I am a baby, but I’m game to learn.”
Calliope has a multi-faceted self that incorporates a lot of different perspectives.
“I’m a bunch of lizards trying to operate the body of a very sad, sort of handicapped, twenty-two year old little married lady,” she said, then continued – “That depends who you ask though. According to some, I’m a garden gnome. To others, I’m an axe wielding murderer named Bob.”
I like garden gnomes, so I’m willing to take my chances with Bob. Read on to learm more about the lovely world of JustCalliope.
YNOT Cam: What did you do before you worked online – besides create furry porn, that is?
JustCalliope: Girl, what have I not done? I’ve been an actress and an artist. I’ve made websites and illustrated oodles of graphic design work. I even dabbled in science and accounting trying to find my thing… err… something I’ll stick with for more than six months I mean.
I’m a wee bit obsessed with learning new things, so I’ve pollinated many of the career flowers already.
Thankyoussss for another spooktacular night Valentine's! (Ewww gross love and sparkles) ?RT if you think I'm a cutie #mfc #myfreecams #camgirl pic.twitter.com/7cr9LldFkR

What prompted you to begin your cam career?
I get really, really bored since I’m a stay at home catmom and humanwife, so I figured hey, why not do all the things you do at home… online, with PEOPLE?!
It fits into my lifestyle and my dislike for things like “pants” and “the outside.”
What made you pick MFC out of all the possible platforms there are to choose from?
MFC has the most laid back, casual environment and is the most open to non-nude (but leaning towards less-nude) models. Plus, I like the shiny new MFC Share storefront — that shit is sparkly. Low minimum payouts are also real nice.
Non-nude, wtf?! (Just kidding)
I know that you might’ve read non-nude and went wtf what are you doing, why are you camming? so imma unpack this for you real quick.
I don’t get naked. I don’t really want to. I’m learning to be comfortable with myself and my body at my own pace and having the freedom to explore that is AWESOME. It’s also out of respect for my partner’s feelings on intimacy and sexuality outside of our relationship. We’re both learning about our boundaries and what we’re comfortable with, and I think that’s pretty damn cool. I really like having the freedom to explore my sexuality!
OMG an amazing night with all my friends!! Thank you ?? Send a little offline love for this weirdo~ https://t.co/epUkVLcoRe #myfreecams #mfc #mfctip #mfcshare pic.twitter.com/8niiurK1WJ

So, why aren’t you on Twitch then?
Twitch wasn’t okay with me starting a cult and showing everyone my butt, so MFC is stuck with me.
Fair enough! (Cult? We’ll get back to that in a minute…) What has your experience been like on MFC so far?
My experience so far has been a pretty mixed bag, but overall I’m happy! I’ve met some really awesome people, but I’ve also met some real ass weenies. Just ignoring the dicknozzles can be a little challenging. It’s only human to be a little hurt by rude comments, no matter how thick your skin is. People will really try to push your buttons and your boundaries. It’s so easy to be hurt and shoved around and make decisions you might regret later in pursuit of that sweet, sweet token.
But on the flip side, some people are just heckin’ amazing. It’s so much fun to find common interests and connect with people over weird things in such a unique space. I have some pretty stellar friends, a husband who helps me with literally everything — ILY Mr. Noodle — a cat who gives no fucks and peeps on MFC who genuinely just wanna have fun and hang out. There’s a lot of people and resources out there chock full of good advice! Don’t do this alone — it sucks ass.
What are you hoping to get out of cam in the foreseeable future?
In the future I’d love, love, love to shower in tokens — wouldn’t we all? — and meet more new people to spread my weirdness on. I use all my tips to support (okay, spoil) my cat and pursue things that bring me happiness, like cool cat toys, cosplay, vacation and world domination — basic girly things!

Okay, now back to this cult… Tell me about the #craftylizardcult?
Ha… So this totally started as a joke, but now it’s a thing and I’ve just been rolling with it.
Someone asked why I was on MFC once, and I think I said something about world domination and was like hey, let’s start a cult. For 100 tokens you can join, and I’ll put your name on the whiteboard — and that’s literally it. Someone once asked what the cult does, and I said on Fridays we pick up litter so there’s also that. It’s mostly what I call my Snapchat club now though.
The actual lizard part is just that “lizardskin” is my nickname because of my psoriasis, and it’s just turned into a whole shebang now.
Speaking of psoriasis, you make a lot of DIY skincare potions and such – can you tell us about that?
Ah yes, so I have a friend who’s allergic to everything in common cosmetics, and I am literally half lizard — psoriasis plus sensitive skin — so I dabble in skincare formulations. It’s largely making soap from fats and oils and researching the healing powers of different herbs and botanicals in different applications. I primarily focus on custom tailored products for friends with allergies or specific skincare needs, like perfume without coconut oil as a carrier and custom brewed serums.
In the future, I’d really enjoy putting some of my tips towards making enough product to bring to small farmers’ markets and sending care packages to other model friends… when I make those — *wink wink, nudge nudge* — I need friends.
Outside of work, what are you most passionate about?
I really heckin’ love animal conservation and am super passionate about most if not all art forms. Cooking? Yep! Knitting? Can’t do it, but it’s dope. Crocheting? I make the best scarves in town. Drawing? Heck yeah. Print making? We’re not gonna talk about my dabbles in print making… Or the 700 new scars I got trying to carve a lino block… That so didn’t happen, nope.
If you could change one thing about today’s world, what would it be and why?
I’m so heckin’ done with how we view sexuality as something shameful or embarrassing. There is nothing wrong with being sexual (or asexual!), and in the year of our lizard 2019 we need to finally get off that shit.
Your sexuality does not change your worth, and you deserve to be accepted, valued and cherished. Embrace and express your sexy, people. I don’t really have a deep or profound reason for it, just that life is better when we’re not assholes, and intimacy shouldn’t be gross or taboo. Love people, love yourself.
