Let’s get one thing straight: Everyone’s going to judge you no matter what you do, where you do it and with whom. That being said, you might as well go and do whatever the hell you want to do since you can’t please everyone.
So you’ve decided to try out camming.
There will be three types of people that will approach you: the good, the bad, and the cam girls.
The Good
These are your friends, people that know you and support you no matter what, that stick with you through thick and thin and encourage you to do the best you can.
The best thing you can do is tell them what you want to do and why, and also keep in mind that they want the best for you. So of course, they’ll be worried.
Nadiia Black said, “I remember that when I decided to go to my first cam girl interview, I brought a friend along with me. I’ve known her for a long time and she’s always been fair with me. If I ever fucked up, she was there to kick me and pull me up. Naturally, she was the first I thought of when I tried out this thing. She waited for me outside the studio and when I came out, she asked me a million questions, all of them made so that I chose the best for me.”
“Having someone by my side meant the world and if I were to do it again, I’d take her with me,” Black concluded.

The Bad
There are people that don’t like you by default. Whatever you do, they’ll hate you and judge you. Not only that, but they’ll also resort to ways to make you doubt yourself. There are people who talk just for the sake of it, without anything to say.
These are the people that will judge what you do and will judge you for taking on this job. Since they’re so unhappy with their own person and with their lives, their sole purpose in life is to make other people feel bad about their choices.
You’ll find these both in real life and in cam: trolls.
“I admit I’ve been a victim of letting [trolls] get to me,” said Amary Khalista.
“They’re just grownup bullies. I know how I look, and I’m happy with my figure, I don’t need to eat a sandwich. Nor do I need to think about what other people are thinking about my job. I have a rule that says: If you don’t feed me, fuck me or finance me, you have nothing to say about my life. It’s as easy as that. I think the worst thing that a newbie can do is to listen to the haters and let them get to her. It’s a dog eats dog world, you can’t let them get to you,” she added.

The Cam Girls
The most feared individual is the experienced cam girl. This all-knowing goddess has ruled the cam-niverse for a few years now and knows the admins, the site and the members. You can’t hide from her. She’s been in your shoes, she’s done it all and if you dare say something, she’ll strike you with her mighty… ummm… lush?
Now, don’t get us wrong. We love our experienced cam girls — the ones that give knowledge, the ones that are always there for the newbies and have a fanbase already of people that love them so they don’t ever feel insecure about a new wave of models coming and taking their members.
Newbies, don’t be afraid of the big, badass, experienced models. They were just like you once.

I told her later on that I’ve been watching her on cam for long before I even decided to become a cam girl and I’ve admired her so much. Her advice was priceless and to see her so down to Earth was amazing for a newbie like myself,” Aryah added.

One of the most important things to do when you’re a newbie is to listen and filter. Whatever you do, be a sponge and gather as much information as you can.
It’s not the easiest job in the world, but if you just filter out the BS you’re going to have a good time and you’re going to enjoy the work as it’s meant to be enjoyed by the cam gods.
