The positive mind or the power of positive thinking is a popular concept among people nowadays. We hear a lot of mindfulness quotes, and we’re surrounded by positive concepts and life coaches that tell us how to get to nirvana – and how to let poisonous, negative stuff bypass us.
In theory, it sounds something like this: positive mindset leads to a positive outcome. That’s all fair and bubbly, but how do you deal with the haters? The topic of cyberbullies, haters and trolls has been discussed a ot throughout the #girslfromstudio20 blogs and articles — but somehow, a lot of models still fail because of this plague.
How you keep a positive vibe in your room is one thing, but how do you leave the stress caused by harassment in your virtual world and continue with your normal life without the trolls affecting you?
Let’s ask some models about it.
Sassha Red shared, “I have been experiencing depression, and I’ve been fighting it a lot through the years. It’s not easy being a woman and having to deal with so much pressure from… everything. Especially being a cam girl, you’re always subjected to criticism both from members and other women and you need to have a very thick skin to handle it.”
“Lucky for me, Studio20 has an in-house psychologist that we get access to for free and I talked a lot with him, had multiple sessions and finally I got to overcome anxiety, depression and lack of sleep. He taught me that having a disciplined mind always helps and not hiding what you feel — not bottling it up — keeps you sane. That’s why I show my emotions on cam. My members know a lot about me and what I’m going through. When it comes to throwing positive thoughts in the universe, I just say that I am grateful for the good and the bad as well, and I ask the universe power to understand everything,” she continued.
Talking to a psychologist can, of course, help you overcome everything that’s being thrown at you from the world. You can use some outside help for that.

We considered the psychologist idea and asked Eva Devine how does she keep a positive mindset through all the hate and shade.
“I meditate a lot before I go online and after my day is done, and I try to have a really healthy lifestyle and I guess that’s how I keep it up,” Devine shared.
“I found nice app that you just install on your phone and it teaches you to breathe, to concentrate on what is good for you and what’s most important. I even use it before I go to sleep. It relaxes me and calms my whole body and gets my mind ready for a good night’s sleep,” she continued.
Devine also talked about the importance of physical activity for a balanced and full life, as well as keeping a schedule to help maintain balance.
“Of course, sports play an immense role in [mental wellness], helping me be disciplined and rigorous about myself. People say that I’m constricted by dietary restrictions, gym schedule or my meditation app schedule. I say I’m free to explore my mind, and I’ve never felt better than I do now. Most of the times, physical exercise can help a lot with mental fatigue,” she explained.
The moment when you realize your work counts!

They say everything starts from your brain: your problems, your fears, your health and luck. It’s all connected. Just like the pieces of a puzzle, you just need to set them right so that the picture is clear. True, sometimes it’s hard to keep a positive attitude and smile through the day, but what you need to understand is that you’re human, you’re allowed to fall and you’re allowed to have bad days. The #girlsfromstudio20 advise you to take a break, go outside, go to the gym and take on some new hobbies.
Before you try and help others with their problems, make sure you’re ok with yourself. For a cam model, being at peace with themself and with the world and having this positive mindset is a major step to professional – and also personal — success.
