Nightprowl Studio recently welcomed Jasmin’s Account Manager, Frunzsina Csejtei, to their space in Galati, Romania.
Nightprowl and Jasmin have a long history together. In Dec. 2017, the studio proudly celebrated one year of Jasmin certification, a significant milestone.
This visit was a first for Csejtei. In addition to it being her first time in Galati, it was the first time she had the opportunity to meet Nightprowl’s complete studio workforce — from admins to performers. It was a good opportunity to see how an ordinary working day within a studio unfolds. At the same time, the studio admins had the opportunity to consider models’ performances back-to-back with an account manager.
Csejtei had some goals to accomplish during her visit. She presented Nightprowl’s admin team with a series of training strategies, insights and approaches intended to help the studio maximize the Jasmin site’s myriad features. She also used the visit as an opportunity to meet and chat with performers at all levels, from the most experienced models to those newer to cam.
On the final day of Csejtei’s visit, every member of Nightprowl participated in a mini-summit. The main goal was to spotlight new sustainable development approaches, but in an engaging roundtable dialogue manner.
Besides highlighting new ways to strengthen partnerships, every participant received a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis from the account manager. Without fail, models took advantage of this meeting to ask for new a ways to enhance their overall performance.
“As I see, Nightprowl Studio combines successfully professionalism with family values, creating a wonderful atmosphere, while holding up Jasmin’s high-level expectations,” Csejtei said.
People received many workplace guidelines and suggestions during Csejtei’s visit — and they also had a fair amount of fun. An epic bowling tournament followed the mini-summit conference, and the night ended with a lovely dinner at a cozy restaurant.
“For our studio, this was more than a visit,” Nightprowl’s Sorin P. said. “It was a chance to prove that our business relationship with Jasmin is getting stronger, but we also still have a lot to prove in the adult industry.”
